Haldun Üstünel: “You’ll see a different Galatasaray on the weekend”

Galatasaray’s board member Haldun Üstünel has made statements on the clubs official website and claimed that there will be a different Galatasaray on the pitch in the match against Fenerbahce and the rest of the matches as well.
Mr. Üstünel described the derby match and the rest of the league matches as a final in their league campaign and reminded that Galatasaray did always well in the last weeks of the league in the recent seasons.
He considered the win against Gaziantepspor as a renewal of their hopes and faith to lift the championship title at the end of the season. He says that, we’ve never lost our confidence and faith in the title race and from the beginning of the season with 12 players doing their best. He also mentions that the’ve suffered unfortunate injuries during the season and he appreciates the performances of their players.
Haldun Ustunel also claimed that there will be a very different Galatasaray on the pitch in the derby match and he acknowledged the big expectations by the Galatasaray supporters. He also mentions that the match would be like a final match of a cup competition. He also said that Galatasaray likes to make things hard and then succeed it referring to the championship title in the last year.
He also talked about the situation of Lincoln and expressed that Galatasaray has proven itself as a team and Galatasaray is not a club which depends on particular persons and there are rules that apply for all players. In Galatasaray there is no discrimination between the players. He also showed respect to the decisions of Bülent Korkmaz about Lincoln and regarded his withdrawal from the first eleven as a tactical issue.
